Business software should follow the way you work

Every company develops its own processes, rules, and way of working over time. The problem arises when existing software can no longer adequately support them, so data starts being managed through Excel spreadsheets, documents, emails, and multiple mutually disconnected applications.

At that point, technology, instead of simplifying work, becomes an additional source of administration.

We develop cloud and web applications tailored to business processes - from internal business tools to complex platforms that connect employees, clients, documents, products, training, and other business data in a single system.

We do not start with off-the-shelf software to which your business must adapt.

We start with how you work today, where you lose time, and what we can simplify, connect, or automate.

When standard software is no longer enough

Off-the-shelf CRM, ERP, DMS, and other business solutions can be a good choice when an organization's processes fit into a predefined way of working.

However, business operations often involve specific procedures, documents that pass through multiple stages, different user roles, special calculations, integrations with external systems, or processes that simply do not exist in off-the-shelf applications.

In such situations, we develop the system around the organization's actual way of working.

The solution can encompass one specific process or gradually develop into a platform that connects a larger part of the business.

Depending on the project, applications may include:

client, user, and employee management
record-keeping for services and business processes
work orders, tasks, and deadlines
quotes, minutes, and business documentation
document management and a digital archive
user roles and access rights
complex approval and processing workflows
document and report generation
calendars, reminders, and notifications
online training and knowledge assessment
product, order, and webshop management
B2B and customer portals
API integrations with other systems
management dashboards and statistics
automation of administrative procedures
AI functionalities integrated into existing processes

The systems we develop

Over the years, we have developed our own products and specialized business systems for various fields of application.

wMIND

For the field of occupational safety, we developed wMIND, a comprehensive modular cloud system that connects a large number of business, administrative, and professional processes in a single working environment.

The system encompasses the management of clients, locations, and employees; the recording of services and contracted work; the creation and management of quotes; work orders; minutes; documentation; deadlines; calendars; and online training and knowledge assessment.

wMIND also includes specialized databases of experts, measuring equipment, and related documentation, automated notifications and reminders, and a range of additional interconnected modules.

An important part of the system is deep integration with the Occupational Safety Information System - ISZNR, which connects internal business processes with the external information system and reduces the need to enter and process the same data multiple times.

The system also integrates AI functionalities that help with data processing, content preparation and the automation of individual parts of the workflow.

wMIND is continuously developed and expanded with new modules and integrations, keeping pace with changes in regulations, business processes and user needs.

wCMS + webshop

Our own wCMS is developed as a flexible platform for managing web content and building more complex digital projects.

Over the years, the system has been significantly expanded and today goes beyond the functionality of a classic CMS.

In addition to managing content, users, page structures, multimedia and other elements of a web project, wCMS also includes a webshop module for managing products, categories, orders and other online sales processes.

The platform is used in various architectures in which the administration system is separated from the public-facing part of the application, enabling the use of modern frontend technologies and the development of fast, flexible and scalable solutions.

In wCMS, we also develop AI integrations that can speed up or automate individual editorial tasks - from content processing and preparation to functionalities tailored to the needs of a specific project.

Due to its modular structure, wCMS can be used as a foundation for classic business websites, portals, online stores and more complex digital platforms.

DMS - document management

We developed a cloud system for managing, organizing and archiving business documentation.

DMS enables the structured storage of documents, their classification, the definition of different access levels, and the sharing of documentation between employees and external users.

The system is intended for organizations where the volume of documentation, number of users or complexity of business processes no longer allows for the effective management of files through local folders, shared drives and email.

By centralizing documentation, users can find information more easily, define access rights more clearly and manage the document lifecycle more transparently.

As needed, DMS can also be connected to other business applications and become part of the organization's broader information system.

Cjenici.eu

Cjenici.eu was developed as a cloud service for easier management, processing and publication of price lists.

The system enables data entry and import, product and price management, automated data preparation, and the generation and publication of machine-readable price lists.

In addition to its core functionalities, the system includes data archiving and a public digital display, thereby connecting the various steps in the price list publication process into a single application.

Cjenici.eu is an example of SaaS solution development in which the application is not tied to a single organization, but is designed as a service that can be used by a larger number of users with centralized maintenance and continuous development.

E-learning and online testing

We develop systems for online education, the distribution of educational content and knowledge assessment.

The platforms enable the management of users, teaching materials, educational programs and tests, as well as the monitoring of completion and results.

Such solutions can function as standalone applications or as part of a larger business system.

We also use e-learning functionalities within other products, for example when education, training and knowledge assessment are part of a broader business process.

In this way, we can adapt the same concept to different areas - from professional employee training to the preparation and testing of other user groups.

Proceedings

For the needs of professional and scientific conferences, we developed Zbornik, a system for submitting, administering and reviewing professional and scientific papers.

The platform connects the various participants in the process - authors, editors, administrators and reviewers - and tracks a paper from initial submission through review, revisions and final processing.

The system enables the management of different user roles and process stages, recording the status of papers, communication within the process, and centralized management of the associated documentation.

Zbornik is an example of an application in which a highly specific multi-stage process is transformed into a structured digital workflow, with clear rules and access rights for each user group.

Building Management

For the needs of building managers, we developed a specialized system Building Management, intended for the centralized management of data and business processes related to property management.

The system connects data about buildings, users and related records, enabling information previously managed across multiple different sources to be consolidated into a single working environment.

With applications of this kind, the advantage of custom development is particularly evident, as the way of working, data structure and business rules can be aligned with the specific needs of managers instead of adapting the organization to pre-defined software.

We do not have to replace the systems you already use

Developing a new application does not necessarily mean discarding existing software.

If your ERP, accounting software, CRM, webshop or other application enables data exchange, we can develop a solution that connects and extends your existing systems.

Through API integrations, it is possible to automate data exchange between different applications and reduce the amount of manual entry.

For example, we can connect:

a business application and a webshop
an ERP and a customer portal
an accounting system and an internal application
a CRM and a website
a document management system and other business applications
internal databases and external services

The goal is not to add another program that users have to open.

The goal is to connect technology so that the same data is not processed several times and different parts of the business process work as a whole.

Business Process Automation

A large part of everyday administrative work consists of repeating the same procedures.

Data entry, document generation, sending notifications, monitoring deadlines, preparing reports or transferring data between systems can often be partially or fully automated.

We integrate such functionalities directly into business applications.

Instead of manually checking a large number of records, the system can recognize a situation that requires the user's attention, prepare the necessary information and send an appropriate notification.

This allows employees to spend less time on routine administrative procedures and more on tasks that require their expertise.

AI as Part of an Application

We integrate AI functionalities where they can concretely simplify an existing process.

Depending on the project, they can be used for:

assistance in creating and processing content
classification of data and documents
extracting relevant information
summarizing large amounts of text
preparing suggestions and responses
searching internal documentation
data processing
automating individual administrative tasks

At the same time, the user does not have to switch to a separate AI tool.

The functionality can be built directly into the business application and made available in the part of the process where it is actually needed.

Our Approach to Development

A good business system does not start with programming.

The first step is understanding the business process.

It is necessary to determine who uses the system, what data it processes, how the data is created, which stages it passes through, where bottlenecks occur, and which tasks are unnecessarily repeated.

Based on this, we define the functionalities, data structure, user roles, integrations, and system architecture.

Development can be divided into phases so that the most important processes are addressed first, while the application is gradually upgraded later.

This approach enables the system to grow together with the organization and adapt to changes in the business.

Technology in the background, ease of use for the user

For development, we use technologies such as Laravel PHP, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React, Next.js, REST API, MariaDB and MySQL.

We choose the technology stack according to the requirements of the specific project, the necessary integrations, the amount of data, the expected number of users, and future development possibilities.

For the user, what is behind the system is not the most important thing.

The most important thing is that the application is fast, clear, reliable, and easy to use.

Development, hosting and maintenance

A business application does not end with the release of the first version.

After the initial development, we can take over the hosting infrastructure, backups, system monitoring, technical maintenance, and further development.

As business processes, regulations, or user requirements change, we can expand the existing platform with new modules, integrations, and automations.

In this way, the application remains adapted to the actual way of working even after many years of use.

Do you have a business process that could be simpler?

If your business currently depends on a large number of Excel spreadsheets, manual data entry, documents sent by email, or applications that do not exchange data with one another, it is very likely that we can simplify part of that process.

You do not need to know in advance what kind of system you need.

Show us how you work today, and we will suggest how we can connect and simplify that process and turn it into an application tailored to your business.
