For the needs of companies dealing with occupational health and safety, fire protection and other factors of occupational safety, we have developed wMIND, an innovative cloud system with which you can fully digitize work processes, ensure efficient distribution of work and monitoring of employee activities, enable simple and affordable training of participants, and create various types of documents, whether they are your internal or related to ISZNR.

We offer the software as a SaaS cloud service in the form of a monthly rental, and you independently choose which modules you need.

Client management module

The client management module is one of the fundamental parts of our platform. It allows you to keep records of clients, including their branches and temporary workplaces, contact information, list of jobs, workplaces and information about workers.

Service Management Module

The service management module allows you to enter and update the services you offer to your clients, connect them to groups, assign codes, unit measures, unit prices, and create links to the document that should be created from the completed service.

Module for managing and monitoring the execution of work orders

Through this module, you can quickly create work orders, assign tasks to workers, and track their progress and current execution status. This module allows you to generate reports on completed work orders to track activities and productivity.

You can print work orders and delivery notes in PDF format, with the added functionality of digital certification. This means you can generate and digitally certify work orders and delivery notes, reducing the need for paper documents. All data is securely stored in the cloud and easily accessible on your computer and mobile devices.

E-Training Module

The e-training module allows you to conduct training and education of participants in occupational safety, fire protection and other factors of occupational safety. Participants can access educational materials via computers and mobile devices, learn at their own pace and take exams, as well as monitor their progress.

The module consists of 3 types of views: administrator view, student view and group view of participants from the same business entity.

Module for managing reminders

This module monitors the status of entered items for you and at selected intervals notifies the individual and/or group and calls for timely action. With this module, there are no more forgotten tests, attests and certifications, a simple display of data and timely calls to action will enable you to organize your work well and generate income.

Document creation module

The module gives you the ability to create your own data entry forms that connect to your existing or new Word documents, automatically generate document tags (IDs), and optionally activate connections to ISZNR segments (testing of work equipment, physical, chemical and biological factors, occupational safety training and risk assessment) and send data to ISZNR with one click.
