This Privacy Policy explains how Webmaster.hr (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our company” or “Webmaster.hr”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit our website https://www.webmaster.hr.

When you contact us via the contact form, chatbot, WhatsApp button or email, you can voluntarily provide us with the following data:
- Name and surname
- Company name (if any)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Content of the message or query
This data is used exclusively for the purpose of communicating with you and processing your request.
b) Automatically collected data
During your visit to the site, technical data such as IP address (anonymized), browser and device type, operating system, date, time and duration of the visit, the pages you visit, and cookie data are collected.
4. Contact form
The information entered in the contact form (name, email, message) is used only to respond to your inquiry. Messages are not stored permanently or shared with third parties, unless necessary to provide the requested service.
5. Botpress chatbot
We use the Botpress chatbot on the site for automated communication and user support. The chatbot can process text messages sent by the user, the IP address, system language and timestamp of the conversation, and technical browser data. The data is used exclusively for providing support and is kept for a limited time (up to 6 months). The user can request deletion of the conversation history by emailing info@webmaster.hr.
6. WhatsApp button
There is a button on the website that initiates a WhatsApp conversation with our business account. By using that button, you are redirected to an external platform owned by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which may process your personal data (eg phone number, IP address, content of messages). We use the data you send us through WhatsApp conversations exclusively for the purpose of communication and do not pass it on to third parties.
7. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to analyze website usage. This tool uses cookies that collect anonymous data, including IP address (anonymized), time and duration of visits, pages viewed and source of visits. The data is processed anonymously and used exclusively for statistical and technical purposes.

Data is not sold or given to third parties. Sharing is only possible with IT and hosting service providers (contractually bound by GDPR) or with government authorities, if legally required.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete it (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent.
